If Povetkin has anything left, those guys have got some serious cash.
When he fought Klitschko, their purse bid blew everything out of the window! And that was when K2 promotions used to win every purse bid going.
I’ll bet Hearn is shitting himself.
NO, Eddie would be happy if AJ gets £20 million and he gets his cut on top of that going to Russia. AJ can be the British Rocky.

Explain to me, how does Hearn get “his cut”?

Promoter Vladimir Hryunov won the right to promote Klitschko vs. Povwetkin with a purse bid of $23,333,330 and Russian businessman Andrey Ryabinsky putting up the money. Failed bids made were from K2 Promotions ($7,130,000) and Povetkin's promoter Sauerland Event ($6,014,444). It allowed Ryabinsky to dictate the location of the fight and guaranteed the fighters the biggest purses of their careers. Based on being entitled to 75 percent of the winning bid, Klitschko got $17,499,997, while Povetkin received $5,833,333.[60] The Klitschko camp were said to be surprised by the bid.[61]

I don't know about the wba. Don't they still have 101 yr old Fres Oquendo waiting on his court ordered title shot? They also have Miller and Duhaupas about to square off in title eliminator. I can't for the life of me see Josuha going to Russia and here we are again waiting on a reigning champ to cater to a cheat. Could be seeing AJ drop that strap depending on bigger talks.

M8 u seem to have forgotten the wba has two world titles in some weight classes..... Fast fres is fighting Manuel charr at the start of may for the normal wba title, joshua has the super title... It really is quite bizarre, fans need to stop recognizing the minor one.

I think team joshua were well aware this was going to happen though. Povetkin coming over to Cardiff to damage price then getting whyte to call out povetkin post fight, and Hearn also pushing for Wilder v whyte... Whyte is a great pawn for Hearn. I would expect this fight to happen, Wilder seems to be going up against brezeale soon, joshua won't want to ditch a belt when he has chance to gain all four big ones in the big money fight.... Of course having all four belts isn't something amazing but it is a pretty cool gimmick to have with the amount of weird mandatories the sanctioning bodies are funded by.

The Povetkin/Price fight was a fraud and a sham. So if Price had won did it mean he would be in line to fight for a title?

Povetkin deserves a title shot on his own steam. But to say that if, by the luck of all of the Gods and lucky charms in the universe, Price would have won that fight that he would have gotten a crack at a world title, is like saying Audley Harrison deserved his shot against Haye for the WBA title after losses to Rogan and all else, even Sprott.
