To be honest you could out him in the ring with Joshua and after coming round fro a brutal KO he would still claim that he was the better, more come forward, aggressive boxer and that nobody on planet earth is in his league. It is very hard to unlearn stuff and much of what he does wrong is now intuitive muscle memory stuff that would take a lot of unpicking. Multiply that by a serious mental attitude problem not helped by his Dad encouraging him to think he is something he is not, and a natural unquestionable drive and aptitude for survival through dedication to physical fitness and he becomes his own worst enemy.
If you can't even acknowledge what your opponent did better than you, there is no way you will ever be able to add that or your version of it to your arsenal. All the greats did it came out of losses or close fights with things they picked up from their rivals or tweaked their own styles to cut down the tendency to make the same mistakes.
Maybe he should become a footballer. Loving the smell of their own farts never held Ronaldo or Beckham back
