How long are you going to milk the Cintron victory. Cintron made a career out of knocking out fighters moving up from 140 and naturally smaller then him and beat Teddy Reid. So they threw him in with Margarito because of his record when it was more padded then Margarito's imo.

I agree with some of the things, but along with facts you need to acknowledge every fact.

If he's the greatest welterweight on the planet, answer this question, who were the 'great' welterweights he beat to get there? Because I cant find any on his list.
CC,i'll totally go along with that. I just think his list of opponents is not great but it is not filled with bums in my opinion, they are all decent fighters but like you said,he needs to beat more top FIVE contenders rather than beating the top 10(bottom 5) ones.

Personally speaking,I don't milk the Cintron win and nor have I seen any other Margarito fans do so but I just thought it was impressive how he dismantled him. He looked very good.

very true............

now theres talk of margarito fighting corrales

that is totally ridiculous, imo
corrales WAS a solid lightweight, now hes gonna jump to 147 and margaritos gonna take all kinds of credit for this fight if it comes off

i give margarito a lot more credit for fighting clottey
Well lots of fighters have made the jump and even Castillo should and hoppefully will make the jump,I don't really see what is so ridiculous about it. He was killing himself making 135,he should fight closer to his natural weight ie 147. and as for the Clottey fight,Margarito totally deserves credit for fighting him and quite a few members here have admitted that. Clottey is a threat, very dangerous.
