Donaire nearly turned his back in the 7th after a clash of heads and Frampton charged in but got hurt with some uppercuts by Donaire. That made Frampton respect his power.

Frampton far sharper and busier to win 8th round. Donaire needs a knockout to win. He has damage to both eyes now.

It is up to Donaire to do something different and cause Frampton some trouble. Carl wind all the rounds including the 9th.

Donaire has shown that he doesn’t have the energy to follow up an attack after he hurts Frampton. This will go to a decision
