I hope you all recognize I’m just teasing Eddie at this point for how he says something and says the exact opposite. It sounds like there is progress. I just expect one side or the other to announce a fight before they fight. Then the fight that matters to be next. Because it gives it time to grow. And I’m impatient.

Figure since it has gone quiet I’ll explain something from fat earlier.

Eddie saying he needs to see all revenue streams before agreeing. My problem with this was if they show Eddie all revenue streams and Eddie sees how the fight could make(for example) 85 million. He could then turn and offer AJ 50 million and 1 with 50% of upside and Wilder 50% of upside. To bring himself into play. Because I’m quite sure his biggest issue with the 50 million offer was his lack of control. If he makes the same offer he’s in control.

Hope it’s next. To me U.K./USA is irrelevant as far as outcome. Because someone is going to sleep. Only relevant in amount each fighter makes.

It's all posturing. Hearn wants to drive home the opinion that AJ is worth much more than Wilder... and of course Wilder is going to resist that. In the end I think (almost) everyone agrees that Joshua is entitled to a bigger piece of the pie than Wilder, based on his bigger popularity overall, and the fact that his paydays have been much bigger than Wilder's. But just how much more of the pie is what seems to be the sticking point. I can't blame Wilder for scoffing at the original flat $12.5 million offer, which IMO was a slap in the face, regardless of whether it was a ploy or not. Doesn't matter, because like it's been said, the negotiations unfortunately are being held very publicly. Probably if the negotiations were being held behind closed doors, we'd already have a fight put together.
