it really isn't that simple though, Xia has been bankrolling the club out of his own pocket to the tune of 5 million quit a month, now China have stopped any money from being moved out of the country, Xia wasn't able to cover Aprils tax and doesn't have access to (his own) money to cover next months, he has took a loan out to cover Aprils taxes but then what happens next month? when the taxes are due again and the payers need paying? we only have £15 million from the parachute payment and running costs of £5 mill a month.
