A black kid started work at my place the other week, I've had a conversation with him...I thought he was alright, I reckon I'll probably get on alright with him.
A white kid started work at my place the other week on the same day as the black lad, I had a conversation with him as well...I thought he was a bit of a drip, I don't think that I'll have a lot to do with that fella.

Does that make me racist? I'm confused, should I have automatically avoided the black lad?

Neither of them, they both had exactly the same job, the black fella actually has more experience that the white fella which I'm sure shows that the company is racist in someway
