If AJ got smoked in 1 rd I would wanna see a rematch, not so sure the other way round?

If anyone gets smashed early there will be no need for a rematch.

Seems like AJ is moving on to other pastures, so what now?

    There's this:

Granted, Fury talks a lot of shit but..... what if this were to happen? How would it pan out?

The blame is on Hearn and AJ for this one. Wilders team may have had some fault but I think Hearn is probably going the Arum route and letting it “marinate.”

I can see Wilder and AJ both put silly offers to face Fury rather than fight one another next year.

Not sure if Fury will be out of “Pantomime “ mode by next year.

AJ makes tons of money no matter what he does. He has a whole country backing him and calling him the real champ so he doesn’t need the Wilder fight. AJ has a ton to lose. It just bothers me that these stupid cash cows with the benefit of their country’s fans get all of the power of negotiation.

.....annnnnd...... I think we all know who the King of Stupid Cash Cows is. (Hint: He ate tainted ones of his own kind.)

I think AJ's legions of fans would probably not be as forgiving of AJ if he consistently ducked opponents and then got caught cheating.

Another thing in AJ's favor is he has no weight finagling issues to worry about.

True but will not stop them making him offers that he may take up by the end of next year or sooner if they realise that it may be more lucrative to cash in as Tyson may never get back to his best.

Joshua and his team bitched out on this one. Pathetic. Last heavyweight to duck like this was Riddick Bowe and you see how/where he ended up. Hope Wilder fights Fury next. Ortiz was a beast and very skilled fighter, but Tyson is HUGE and very awkward. Will be interesting. Still think if Cunningham knocked Fury down that Wilder can starch him.
