Haye was more athletic, but Bruno was an honest to God heavyweight who wasn't afraid of fighting anyone....Bruno by KO maybe round 6 or so.

Bruno would use his ram rod jab to keep Haye away and clutch his way to a victory.
Do not let success go to your head and do not let failure get to your heart.

Bruno could wear Haye down with his larger frame.
But liable to get caught whilst Haye was dangerous for first 6-7 rounds
I'd have to slightly favour Bruno

Neither of them were known for having good stamina. It could come down to whoever gasses first loses.

People talk about Bruno's chin, but it really wasn't too bad. He never got sparked out by a single punch, it was moren the accumulative effects but he wasn't that good at surviving bad periods. Big guy, big puncher and a more than decent boxer too. Brave, of course.
Haye was a really good athlete, a surprisingly big guy too. Depended a lot on that freakish athleticism and power and wasn't as good technically as Bruno. Chin was fine. Good fighter at his best, which wasn't really while he was at heavyweight.
If they fought ten times, I reckon Bruno wins seven of them.

Say what you will about Bruno, he more often than not showed up to fight and faced to big challenges. Haye would have the speed but he could be ground down. Bruno tko.
