Yes Steve he has some metal in his shoulder in his foot pins and metal plate.
Second cast on none weight bareing for a month then a plastic support boot.

Not a great week they think I had food poisoning getting over it not right off work this week as well.
Felt terrible out of the blue chaps bough a chicken wrap few hours after need I say more.😱

A chicken wrap is very poisonous. That chicken sits out for too long and also that mayonnaise type crap they put on there the dressings are not always fresh.

Had to go to doctors for a blood test today my Kidneys are not functioning as they should Steve back to the doctor's for my bloods results and prostate exam Thursday mate not feeling my best at the moment.
