Never thought I'd say a guy weighing 135 almost looked pudgy. He needs forget 147. Spence. Just don't man. Spence honestly wrecks him staying close like that.

Just a shame there's no moneyspinning fights for him at 135 or less. He's definitely going to take the Spence fight if Haymon offers it. I suppose it depends on whether Showtime want to come up with the money. If I was in charge of Showtime's money I wouldn't pay out for it. It's not going to help Garcia in the long run and it does nothing for Spence either.

It will without a doubt help Garcia's bank account. And it will do something for Spence account as well

It will but it doesn't do much for their careers. Spence probably stop somebody he should definitely stop or he goes twelve rounds and gets criticised for not being able to stop a blown up featherweight. Garcia gets a career shortening battering. Who wants to see it, really? Do you think Garcia really has any chance, serious question?

Also, not being cheeky. Did he really say thank you for the chicken in that interview?

Agreed. But feels like Mikey is playing himself the more it goes on. They start this show announcing that winner of Porter-Garcia goes unification with Spence early next yr. Oh and Garcia can fatten up and it'll be an event in December. He's not staying in there getting clipped like that with Spence. That's not gonna happen.

Spence murders Mikey. Garcia's good but let's keep it real here.

Spence would be the favorite going in. And rightly so. And I expect him to win. But I think Garcia goes the distance with him

Again Mikey's good. But the move up in weight would take its toll. I don't think he'd carry his power up with him, and Spence IMO would take him out. You're talking a full-blown, elite welter.

Too big a step for Garcia.

That's even worse when you think about it. Spence has the stuff that sits on a guy, lasting sapping hurt.

Mikey looked great. The first two rounds he had to adjust, but I didn’t have Easter winning a round after that. Garcia should move up to 140 instead of 147 to fight Spence. It’s literally the worst style match up possible for him. Spence is relentless and Mikey won’t have the power to keep him off. I love Mikey but I really hope he doesn’t take that fight. 140 has some good fights for him.

I know it is. I'm not saying I agree with Garcia's desire to fight Spence. I'm just saying he possess the skill set to go 12 with Spence. Might have to take a beating along the way
