A chicken wrap is very poisonous. That chicken sits out for too long and also that mayonnaise type crap they put on there the dressings are not always fresh.

Had to go to doctors for a blood test today my Kidneys are not functioning as they should Steve back to the doctor's for my bloods results and prostate exam Thursday mate not feeling my best at the moment.

Yes I know you love tea but stop drinking it. Tea is a diuretic. That means it sucks the water out of your body. You're drinking five or six or seven teas per day. For each one of those Cups of Tea you have to replenish one cup of water just to break even. Then on top of that you have to drink your two or three a day

Tea counts as your 2 litres water in take per day.

Coffee tea and soda and alcoholic drinks do not count as part of your two liters of fresh water per day
