Canelo now wants Spence too

Everyone recognizes the winner of Spence/Garcia is a PPV regular fighter. Match a PPV fighter with a PPV fighter and sales explode. We’ve known that Canelo doesn’t want Charlo since 154. We know he doesn’t want Jacobs. He won’t want anything to do with Derevyanchenko if he beats Jacobs. So this is really no surprise

Frankly, If Spence beats Garcia I think all his big WW fights become PPVs and all are suddenly easy to make because of that.(except if Porter beats Garcia, his style is so ugly I can’t see how he could be PPV except that him and Spence would mesh to a hell of a fun fight)

What annoys me too is that Canelo has multiple good fights to be made middleweight. Maybe in a few years if he beats a few top guys in the division and Spence moves up a weight class this whole thing would make sense. They both have great options around them.

I have never been a Canelo fan, but I used to respect him a bit more. Now I have lost all respect for him.

I’m no Clanelo fan. But this thread really highlights why I started disliking GGG. Clanelo is a bad guy for wanting to fight the WW Spence but GGG who has never moved up was fine to call out a WW that started at 130. The hypocrisy is delicious.
