let me be clear as I've already stated it several times in this posting and other posts in the past on similar topics. A person whether a man or woman has every right to walk around however they want. If they want to even risk the nudity laws they're even allowed to do that in my book and the run outside as a Streaker or totally naked and run around like cowboy Bob in Manhattan or some of these lunatics at soccer games it doesn't bother me at all they have every right to take that risk and do it.
