The rest I'm really not qualified enough to rate properly... I would say inoue is king of whatever weight class he's in now(these halflings move weight so quickly sometimes). Everytime I've seem he looks to be a monster

OK so Loma and Garcia are at Lightweight. Davis is at 130. So if you can give me 1 more lightweight (3 is the minimum for accepted votes) and have a look at 130 I can add these on.

Inoue is at bantam, if you could give me 2 more bantams I can add these as well.

I have excluded Rigondeuax as I don't know if he is still going and it really looked like lomachenko beat a lot out of him.
