there was talk that larry hazzard was gonna let him fight in jersey cuz he felt that mayweather should have been disqualified when roger entered the ring but im not sure judah tried to apply in jersey, i think he i busy trying to get a liscense in nevada, i dont see why tho, jersey is the one state thats like 90% uncorrupt when it comes to boxing, tommy kazmarik is a questionable charecter but the state is usually fair, and larry hazzard is a good man
