I hope Dariusz Michalczewski gets in, but he probably won't.
He unified the light heavyweight titles, then was stripped for no good reason. He moved up to cruiserweight and won a title. He defeated someone who managed to get voted in: Virgil Hill.

Feels a lot like the age old discussion concerning p4p rankings and is so subjective. Title defenses? Popularity and tv appearances? Belts collected? Level of competition throughout? McGuigan and Gatti slipped right in. As unpopular as it may sound Aaron Pryor is often spoken about in terms of the big fights and opponents he missed and the in and out of the ring difficulties. But he was a buzzsaw and tv friendly with two wins over Arguello, one with the asterisk of a water bottle. Michalczewski had what, a run of 20 + defenses and then was stripped in the name of politics after handily beating a man who is already in the hof. If class and sportsmanship gets you in I go Chicanito Hernandez for sure. I also like how Moorer was on a streak at 175 as other champs seemed disinclined to fight him so he packed on 40 lbs in 4 months and went right to hvy and shortly beat Holyfield. Bowe sits in the hall arguably based on the same.
No love for Rafael Marquez?!?! He was a beast and he had some great fights and beat some great fighters. His first three fights with Izzy Vasquez alone is enough for me to vote him in. Surprised he isn’t getting more support.
He's right behind Jackson and Curry for me.![]()
