    Haye and Froch's scoring is brilliant - they give more 10-10's than me, prime Jim Watt and Reg, I advocate more 10-10 rounds in boxing, however, you're not allowed to give 10-10's just because your mate got whupped in that particular round. Hilarious.

    I give Bellew some credit for his bravery, and definitely for being able to promote and build up very average matchups. The guy can talk, and he can annoy people ..... which sells tickets and PPV.

    Definitely overachieved in his career.

    However, in this fight, it went like this;

    Bellew spends two rounds skirting the ropes, trying to draw the Southpaw Usyk onto a big straight right counter. Usyk has seen many fighters doing this standard tactic and just refuses to play ball.

    Next two rounds are Usyk gets the jab going and starts to break Bellow down with hurtful right hooks.

    Next two rounds, Usyk pressures Bellew constantly giving him no respite or time to take a sneaky break. He cuts off the ring, very smart footwork, and the sheer volume of accurate punches knocks the stuffing out of Bellew ..... who is only trying to survive at this point.

    7 and 8 are as one sided as you are going to see at top level. Bellew just has the shit beaten out of him.

    I’m not Bellew’s biggest fan (massive understatement) but he fought better than I thought he would. But as Usyk stepped up the gears, Bellew had no way of coping with it. I’m not a fan of the showboating and running your back and going for a walk when you’re losing, but he did ok.
    To be fair to him, he’s made a load of money, secured his future and gone out on his terms . Good luck to the scouse cunt.

    I think you're right on, usyk clearly had a plan to avoid anything big early on and let bellew waste energy running around the ring and hitting usyks gloves. Once bellew started to tire usyk started fighting and started bashing him the last two rounds.... Good plan and worked perfectly, bit risky though to do it it such a loud atmosphere, he was quite far behind on one scorecard but really after around half of the fight the results wasnt in doubt. Good work from usyk

    Former world champion turned pundit Carl Froch has come in for some heated criticism from a lot of fans online after his scorecards this weekend in Bellew vs Usyk.

    Working as a pundit for Sky Sports Froch had predicted a Bellew win coming into the fight.

    While Tony was ahead on two of the official scorecards, Froch in the view of many fans had it too far wide all together in his favour.

    Ultimately scorecards didn’t count from anyone in the end as Usyk landed the perfect shot to stop the fight.

    But as always in boxing, fans like to debate scorecards whatever the outcome of the fight is.
