Sorry you should get a special lure for lakes rivers and swamps

Actually I think you need to find a bloke in a little hut by a river and he will tell you about the legendary fish, they may not unlock till you've found him, can't remember off the top of my head where on the map he is though

    Legendary fish! Bwahahaha!

You chaps play differently to me. I upgrade all I can, but I focus mainly on main story quests and any strangers I come across. All that extra stuff like picking herbs is time consuming and that can wait until the end for me. Legendary animals and stuff like that can stay legendary for me until I am at the end with nothing else to do. 2 missions a day and that's my lot. Up to 40% story mode now, but spent 2 hours doing strangers quests today in Saint Denis.

I'm finding myself actually agreeing with Miles here....

Main story from now on. This time I mean it !

Mind you the world is so vast if you stumble on a legendary animal territory and it's huntable at that particular time you have to go for it

I do bounty hunts too as they are simple enough. Enjoying the game a lot now. It is beautifully crafted and you can really see the work that was put into it.

I found with Far Cry 5 and AC origins I would do side quests and just forget the story and have no idea anymore. That can be even worse with RDR2. With a story as strong as RDR2 it is a shame to get sidetracked and forget what's going on.

I am underweight too. Typical me.

Crazy the avenues you find in this one. Spent an hour just surveying and "reading" animals. I think it makes hunting legendary easier when doing the 'tracking' as you see trails for animals you don't study also? Anyone else run into the quick side mission of Jerimiah Compson? Interesting how they jumble accurate history into it and the decisions you have to make. Needless to say I hog tied him, took his money and beans, left him on a tracks and dropped dynamite in his lap as the train came .

HA I did that one, put a bullet through his head and then dropped him on his own campfire and left him to burn
