I like Vons idea, never tried it, i have people all sides of me so they wouldnt like me much after that.
Push ups on the medicine ball, bit of an alternate grip.
Stand up, push med ball out in front of you, then back to chest, then up above, then back to chest, then out again. Repeat for as long as you can, this is a real shoulder burner.
Sit ups while swinging the med ball above head. Sit up and swing it down to floor, then swing it above your head to floor when you lay back down.
Rotational core movements.
