Because Chop Chop would be a test for him. Dhop won his last fight but it was a tough time, and that guy wasn'[t exactly on Witter or even Corley's level.

Chop Chop would be allright but I was asking why he's not ready for Witter

Witter's style isn't one that a prospect should really face and I don't think Hopkins hast he experience to deal with a style like that, and Hopkins isn't world championship level yet, he still has yet to beat someone in the top 20 at 140 and throwing him in with someone the level of Witter and the style of witter would be suicide. Hopkins needs to beat some top level 140 pounders before he's thrown in with Witter. because otherwise its too fast too soon for him and I really see potential in the kid, but he needs to take his time, how old is he? only 23?
