The notion that some have to be assassinated whilst those doing the assassinations are only doing it for the good of the world. What on earth are you talking about? Did you forget what happened in Iraq? In Vietnam? In the case of Vietnam many veterans concede that they were on the 'wrong side' or else shouldn't have been there at all. North Korea is a threat to its own citizens, but you can say the same about many countries (Puerto Rico included). Beyond that NK largely keeps itself to itself. That is the only conclusion one can make. The idea that countries do not have a right to defend themselves is ludicrous. Is Israel dropping nukes on Palestine? Nope. Now do they use other forms of violence? Absolutely. The nuke is a last resort and that is why they seldom get used. America would not give up its nukes precisely because it would be at a disadvantage. That was my entire point. I wouldn't expect them too. I find all these sanctions and wars to be ridiculous and if countries would look to bully less and negotiate more then the world would be a better place.
