Wow. Now that got dark fast. Finally hit chapter 5 and without spoiling too much it felt like one long cut scene?? You have to literally adapt play to health issues. It's amazing the turns and randomness this story plays out. I just learned how to stop my horse too. Until today I just circled people and hoped I didn't run them over while trying to make conversation. 5 is definitely a game changer and thank god for *Thyme big game meat for dead eye. Cook a lot of it. And dynamite arrows.

Is that one legged fella you go fishing with Mark Hamill aka Luke Skywalker. Hate to admit it but did what probably is the worst thing you could do..his lake is a gold mine of fish, all types. And you don't even need a pole. Just stand in the shallows with the varmit rifle
.
Also there is zero need for all the tonics and meds etc. Just make tons of grilled big game and beef with thyme and ginseng etc. I'm a rolling food truck ffs.

I never bothered with the tonics or meds either, once you get the legendary satchel or whatever it's called just head down near saint Denis and blast fuck out of some alligators, that's the easiest way to get good meat, with that satchel you can hold 99 of each item so it's pretty hard to run out of stuff once you are well stocked up.

Have to try that. Always have bad luck in the swamps with toothless hillbillies trying to Ned Betty me or gators spooking the horses. I have yet to craft a satchel and just realized you have to give the pelts to Pearson in camp rather than just having them on your person. Almost to the point of not labeling this one a 'game' but calling it a educational tool
. Runs the gambit of accurate history to ethology to botany to a literal how to when it comes to playing poker and dominoes etc.

As technically impressive as the game is I do not think I will replay it nor try for 100% completion. My target is usually 95% then any collecting stuff gets dumped as it is filler. Spiderman 100% as it was pure fun. RDR2 was not. Thus 95%.
