Broner won 2-3 rounds.
Manny was the aggressor, never looked tired and had him in trouble in x2 of the later rounds.
Manny also gave Broner some good body shots.
For a 40 year old fighter I think he did well..and I would like a Thurman or winner of Khan vs Crawford fight next.
Manny wants and deserves the big money fights...unfortunately, Floyd is not coming back for the rematch.
Broner might be young in the game but he can’t pull the trigger anymore.
Maidana took something from him that will never come back.
Does he tho? Hasn't the PED cheat made enough money throughout his illustrious and infamous career?

This is a pac broner thread but I will oblige.
Have you been in the Philippines? The way you post those stories clearly says you really do not know what is happening in my country.
As a lawyer, I am also against extrajudicial killings. But you know what? I am,in a way, glad it happened. The streets in the Philippines are now much, much safer.
Besides, first world countries can talk all they want about respect for life. In a country like ours, where dangerous drugs are a real menace and where it seems to be unsolvable, I am glad something is being done about it.
Anyway, it has not been proven that the government is behind it.
By the way, a time will come when our standard of living will be like yours because of our current government. When that time comes, let us talk again about extrajudicial killing.
For now, let us go back to broner and your rabid hate for pac. 😂😂😂😂

I scored it 117-111
Broner is a pure twat, when he said 'bring your mother fucking ass over here, I got a lot to say' interviewer was just like 'awww hell naw dawg, we do this professionally or not at all'
as soon as the interviewer said 'you threw less than 8 punches a round' Broner stops him and says 'well it sounds like you was already against me'
bit of a persecution complex there Adrien, you got beat by an old man.
only won 3 of his last 7 fights, lost 4 fights in total, I know that people put too much stock in the big 0 but you only have to look at the names that AB has beat and the names that have beat AB to see what his level is.

ONE-SIDED BEATDOWN Manny Pacquiao vs Adrien Broner result: 40-year-old Filipino dominates loudmouthed American, calls out Floyd Mayweather
Scores of 117-111, 116-112, 116-112 saw Pacquiao roll back the years
Manny Pacquiao gave Adrien Broner a comprehensive drubbing and then proceeded to call Floyd Mayweather on Saturday night.
However, retired, 50-0 legend Mayweather took no notice of the challenge from Pacquiao ringside at the MGM Grand, and it looks as though that rematch won’t be happening any time soon.
As for the fight itself, it began tentatively as the 40-year-old Pacquiao made a few offensive lunges and Broner countered in the opener.
Manny utilised his jab to break through his foe’s guard, hurling combinations at the American who had little answer early on.
Adrien Broner attempted to tie up his opponent and frustrate him in the third, but still ate multiple southpaw straight left hands.
He fired his own right counters, but could not land with much consistency throughout the bout, except in the fourth which was seemingly his best session of the night.
In the middle rounds, the Filipino pursued Broner around the ring with mixed success, but was still comfortably outscoring his opponent who simply wasn’t throwing enough leather.
Come the seventh, Manny Pacquiao made a major breakthrough.
The sequence started with one clean left hand which had Adrien Broner badly hurt up against the ropes. He clung on for dear life to avoid being relentlessly blasted with combinations.
The American survived the round and then seemed content to merely survive the fight, as he saw out the remaining minutes in a similar fashion to how he did in his last defeat to Mikey Garcia – with little apparent desire to turn things around.
Come the final bell, the 29-year-old was soundly beaten and the judges declared Pacquiao a 117-111, 116-112, 116-112 unanimous decision victor.
“I feel so happy that I did my best in the fight. I thank God for this victory,” said the winner in his post-fight interview.
“At the age of 40 I just want to give my best.
“I proved it again, at the age of 40, Manny Pacquiao shall continue.”
The eight-weight world champion was then asked about a rumoured potential rematch with former rival Floyd Mayweather, to which he answered: “Tell him to come back to the ring and we will fight, I’m willing to fight again.”
Mayweather, sat ringside, gave no response.

I thought it was a fun if slightly meaningless fight. Easy Manny win. Best 40 year old you will ever see IMO.
Manny should retire. While be beat Broner soundly, that was NOT the Manny we knew. Sometimes you get old and preoccupied with other stuff, man. He should just retire off of this win.
Bigger man George, bigger punch!

Manny obviously has a bad cold which likely made him feel a little lethargic and under the weather and still he dominated Broner. I also read recently that Manny likes to read and play chess. That is fantastic and elevates him even more.
@brucelee You can be my lawyer anytime.
Most interesting thing about that is seeing Roach at an Al Haymon event. Top Rank is cutting him out. For a long time all things TR ran through the Wild Card and that gym got a cut from a bunch of guys that just passed through there.
It is pretty clear now that Wild Card West, now Upchurch Boxing, and Abel Sanchez have phased out Roach and his gym. Freddie didn't do anything but the media workouts for this fight any way. I hope he saved his money because he's out.
