I like pancakes, thick American ones with bacon and maple syrup.
Whats the difference between pancakes and crepe's? I know they speak a different language but what else?

I like both versions of pancakes.
The best type of waffle however is a Bird's Eye Potato one.

I enjoy Belgium waffles with icing sugar , a strong espresso and a brandy around 10.30am . ( not everyday of course ).
However I prefer my pancakes/crepes with vanilla sugar and fresh lemon and I like to eat that as a dessert with maybe a glass of Sauternes .
