Hitman- have you had any training? i.e do you know how to correctly throw a punch?

Well, I'd heard if you punched a bag too often, it would lead to damage. So you can actually punch every day or once every other day? If so, about how many rounds?

(I always do 5 or 6 once every 2 days)
