The car looks very nice and Mercedes is a top brand car which can be expensive to maintain.
Best thing to do is get as much free service and maintenance that you can get from the dealer but not necessarily do the work with them. Use a good local skilled and recommended mechanic who will do the job for half the price.
It is a big investment and I prefer middle of the range but high spec cars like Ford Edge.
Do not let success go to your head and do not let failure get to your heart.

We are on our 4th Merc. Nice looking cars, well built and with decent residual resale value.
Merc parts (in the US) can be expensive but there are lots of cheaper non Merc parts available if you want shoddy Korean bits in your car.

@Master that ford u have is a solid car. I think the frame is similar to another car I was looking at the Lincoln mkc. Mr. X may I ask if ur Mercedes is an i4 with turbo or is it 6cyl. If you have had experience with a Mercedes 4cyl turbo did you find the motor reliable. And your idea is good about the extended warranty is good I just don’t know how they work with Mercedes. I don’t lease and I don’t get new every 3 years. I dislike buying cars as I don’t like putting money into things that depreciate but we need to get around. I’m not even sure if I’ll be able to get this Mercedes as it’s in another state, about 130 miles from me and it’s a very good deal, it may not be in the lot long and I prob can’t make the trip till Wednesday or so. It won’t be the end of the world if it’s gone as I have 3 or 4 cars I’ve narrowed my search down to. One is a Beamer SUV which has very high clearence which I like, another is that mkc which I’ve tested and is a beautiful ride. Some of the Cadillac SUV are beautiful but a while ago I bought an STS and it blew a head gasket at 50,000 miles. Me and a buddy put in a new boared out motor that was a beast but when we took the old one out I had about 500 parts on my garage floor and realized I was in over my head. Took like 2.5 weeks to get it going. Like I said I don’t like buying new but this one has about 15,000 miles on it which should be safe. Did I mention I hate buying cars.
