It's crazy watching parts of your childhood drop off. He was groomed as the next big Hollywood mega star next to Burt Reynolds and Bronson but his addictions caught up. Didn't he go through a windshield driving drunk and permanently damage his vocal cords? I remember watching Tribes and a cult classic Damnation Alley, loved that one!
