I don't blame Fury, he's been offered a shit load of money so he moves to ESPN . If that means he doesn't fight Wilder or Joshua , it's not his fault. But this is how it's gonna be from now on. Guys paid a fortune and facing unknowns and the big fights are gonna be left to "marinate". it's a fucking joke all round and the only losers are the very people who are financing all of this.........The Punters!

Had to look at a couple fights. His fight with Dashi(?) looked like he initially flopped..complete with hands thrown in the air after an inside butt and ends up fighting off some opposition corner people after eventual DQ was announced. For a big guy he moves a lot. Pretty much a bunch of flick jabs and right hands. Definitely doesn't look the sort to attack Fury who should take him to school.

Strange work from ESPN, offer fury a lot of quids and then take on a German fellow who is totally unknown in America. I find it a weird backwards step for fury. He was going to get paid well for the rematch with wilder but wotever... I have been following Tom Schwarz he's not terrible but just not that good and hasnt really taken on good competition, he's a big fellow though and not a fatty, seems to be a powerful fellow though but a bit slow and only throws the jab straight well everything seems a bit awkward :S... If fury beats him well which I think he will then I would say that's impressive from fury rather than Schwarz just being a donkey.... Wouldn't be surprised if schwarzs knocks him down either.

What an abortion of a fight.

"Eddie Hearn slams Tyson Fury’s choice of opponent"

As well he should. F*cking disgraceful is what it is. Two steps forward and five steps back. That's the story of heavyweight boxing these days.

Boxing’s heavyweight ‘Big 3’ continue to spin their wheels with news of ‘Fury vs Schwartz’

This author says it perfectly. In fact, there's one excerpt from the article I found downright funny, as it mirrors how I feel about the Fury-Schwarz fight.

"To be honest, Joshua vs. Miller and Wilder vs. Breazeale are perfectly acceptable fights when not viewed as alternatives to Joshua vs. Wilder. Miller’s on a tear and Breazeale has been the mandatory challenger for more than one year. Both are respected fighters, albeit ones on a tier below the elite. However, the real kick in the teeth came when Fury announced his next foe: Tom Schwarz.

BoxRec has Schwarz ranked No. 42 in the division. He’s fought just once outside of his native Germany and never against a respected opponent. Fury facing the likes of Sefer Seferi and Francisco Pianeta was acceptable considering he was coming off a gargantuan layoff, but this is inexcusably bad matchmaking.

I honestly can’t muster up the energy to spew invective. This isn’t even anger-inducing at this point, just profoundly dumb. The one silver lining is that each of the three still have years left in their respective careers. Perhaps they can sort this all out by 2021, assuming none of them get knocked out while their fights “marinate.”"

"Can't muster up the energy to spew invective."

I'm gonna have to remember that the next time someone twists my words in an argument to suit his needs.

So Fury avoids Wilder rematch to fight someone who has never faced even a fringe contender before?

    Very disappointing.

He has a short deal with showtime, who knows what he will do once that's over.

Well i mean was he not paid a lot of money to fight on ESPN I mean in a sport like this got to go where the money is. What was the offer that the camps of the other champs make was it better or worse.
