I shouted "I SEE THAT RACING DRIVER HAS DIED...."

I did mean it all about Lauda's greatness as a driver and his personal courage though

Having metal tubes wedged down his throat to pump all the crap out of his lungs for hours a day while he was recovering from having half his face melted off and then being back in a car competing after a couple of weeks was something else.Originally Posted by X
