The fact is he wouldn't have any following at all if A) Concern for the direction of the nation wasn't an issue and B ) people didn't feel like they were being sold out and the ENEMY (see Al Qaeda, ISIS, & grooming gangs all of whom are special and different) was being handed the keys to the country.

You don't help your side of the argument by denying the shady shit the government has done/is doing. There are people who like and follow Tommy not because of his past but because of their own personal experiences and they aren't all hate filled racists or fascists or ultra-nationalists. I have not asked either you or anyone else to repeatedly answer long sets of numbered questions like you are on trial. I have been way more accommodating than either of you in indulging you both and have pointed you towards facts and evidence you continually choose to ignore. A) Concern for the direction of the nation is not something that an American and an expat in South Korea are in a position to dictate to British people in an attempt to synergise your own very specialist concerns with projections onto a country whose problems are not yours. There is just as much, if not more concern in the country being pointed toward an American model of huge disparity between the working man and the super rich personified in a President as privileged and stupid as those who seek to lead Britain into the shadow of your corporate republic. A republic headed by a corrupt, bent , narcissist who like May and the Tories is more interested and in love with the trappings of power and the sound of his own voice than the privilege of leading a country and making ordinary people's lives better. You don't want to hear it because you quite clearly are more interested in political point scoring and buying into the same neo liberal whitewash that allows people at the top to stay at the top, all for the worship of the individual and money. Celebrity culture which Tommy and Carl and PJW , Farrage, Boris and Trump etc are all figureheads of.

B) If you seek out evil you will find it everywhere. You and I are both from countries that not only helped create and fund Isis (The USA along with the UK) by supporting and continuing to support Wahhabism and prop up and arm the Saudis, but have also abandoned the brave men and mostly women who defeated ISIS. Of course you would like to continue a narrative that buries this inconvenient fact and pretends that those supporting these wars and their part in maintaining and sustaining the profit margins of the UK and USA with the blood of innocents, are the real victims. But we both know that is not true.

Mossad supporting Tommy is not a victim. Tommy supported by The Middle East Forum etc is not a victim. When the victims he uses, actual victims of rape , violence and abuse want nothing to do with him it might be time to stop pretending he is the victim.

Not when every day you maintain the charade of Trump being a shining example of transparency, honesty and morals. Why would I ever defend a Tory government or the New Labour one that preceded it?
