I thought there was a mandatory medical suspension of 90+ days when a fighter is knocked out? This scenario really speaks to how f'd up boxing politics are. So a promotion has there investment enter a fight under protest and he gets ko'd, let's just ship him down to Mexico to get a 1 minute win over some 0-1 ragdoll and that way we've technically passed a required medical *cough examination and back on the winning track. 30 days later he's back in a main event for a minor title with National exposure. Franco didn't belong near the ring with those quick turn arounds and it sounds a lot like Roc Nation put wealth before health. To go to the point of asking Francos family to initially remove a Gofund Me page about his injury is very shady. And allegedly not 'having a physical' prior to the Haro KO loss is insane if true.
