He’s worse than Thurman. At least Thurman did fight some top fighters in the division. Davis has been avoiding them his whole career. Davis has the ability to be a top 5 p4p fighter. Maybe even the best. His weight class isn’t the best, but there are solid fights out there for him and he isn’t taking any of them.

These are tight rounds. Corrales landing the heavier faster shots capped with a headbutt last few rounds from where I sit. Using entirety of the ring too and Miller just following him a bit. Like to see Miller lead to the constant repositioning of Corrales as he's been clocked before. Needs to let his hands go late 7th!

Corrales with the more effective punching is what it may be boiling down to. Miller doesn't look so good when he hurries to back to ropes. Corrales trying to walk Miller onto the right.
