I have never been a huge fan of Cleese however he is bang on, one of the reasons I don't go out in London anymore.
Factually he is right, but i would still class London as an English city even if only by location.

But then you call Liverpool 'Cesspool' when the majority of English people would see it as a city with very important cultural highlights.
