I like golovkin, never seen Rollo but I assume this is a squash match, I also assumed Andy ruiz would be battered :S.. Anyway whatever golovkin is fun to watch so I'm looking forward to this.

Happy that the internet exists so that I don't have to stay up to stupid o clock to watch GGG. He is not often in dull fights whatever the level of his opposition and the Canelo wars combined with his age have probably slowed him down and blunted a few edges tbh. Don't know enough about Rolls to predict anything but never say never. Will be a nice start to a Sunday though. Undercard does not look great.

Read that Oscar wants 'to make Golovkin wait, he's the B side now'. Shocked I tell you..shocked! I have what may be a sudden unpopular opinion and I say it as a fan and prior supporter but..anyone else just tired of Golovkin and this whole 3rd long drawn out reset geared entirely around Canelo? How about they just make competitive fights. Not to say this Rolls fella is totally talentless and frankly these are the type of slow burn under the radar match ups that get favorites upset ..but watching Dazn and Oscar weave/not weave this build up again feels like trying to strike a wet match.

Everyone has to come around to it eventually Spicoli, GGG had so much to give and he rang up title fight victories but the quality opposition is seriously lacking. And people can make 1000 excuses, I’ve read them, at the end of the day you are remembered for who you fought. Nobody can be blamed for chasing money but it has a price

Not so much on the individual or comp as I had him winning both, but the whole packaging they are near forcing on trilogy. What bugs me most is Golovkin decision making just slapping on a big smile and following along like a backseat driver. Was the point of starting this initially..demand better more relevant if you've tied yourself to Canelo and Dazn. This fight tonight goes long even if he dominates or he gets worked the table is already set to just play him out.

Agreed. He only cares about money at this point of his career. It is what it is but I don’t really have any interest in tonight’s fight

It would seem. It's irritating , and sure ya can't knock a guy making his coin but act like you KNOW you won them.
