Jim Jacobs and Bill Cayton made Tyson sign a contract where they took 33% of his earnings. They then made him sign an agreement that if any one of them dies their wife would get their share. Cayton even got a Police escort to get Mike to sign because he could not get out of the house because of snow.

Tyson felt betrayed that they never told him that Jim had cancer in the time that he knew him.

Cus did not take a penny as he was bankrupt and preferred it that way. He was classed as an advisor in the contract.

Cus only asked that Tyson looked after Camille when he was in hospital. Tyson honoured that promise as Cus and Camille had adopted him and made him part of their family.

After each successful defence he would visit Cus grave and open champagne bottle.

Tyson wanted to be the villain and be the bad guy. He wanted to intimidate and scare his opponents often at amateur fights his opponents would drop out.

His story about his fight with Mitch Green is very funny. Tyson battered him but Green just kept on getting up and coming for some more. Tyson said Green was high on Angel Dust and could not fight anyway.

Tyson knew that Robin Givens and his mother Ruth, who he refers in the book as Ruthless and the girls, were after his money.

On his first date with Robin, there was her mum, sister, PR man, he said he should have known they were there for his fame and fortune. Tyson was seeing Naomi Campbell and other women at the same time he was with Robin.

Tyson acknowledges that the one good thing they did was get Cayton to reduce his % amount that he was due down to 25% and 20% after the Spinks fight.

Tyson did not try to kill himself when he crashed his car into a tree he said he wanted to cause attention. Robin was there at his bed side in front of the cameras as the caring wife was part of her act. They tried to take control of his finances and got Trump involved. They tried to make out Tyson was a manic depressive and had a power struggle with Bill.

King waited for the right time to come in and get Tyson to sign a contract with him. Tyson said screwed him over with the money and that he use to beat King up quite often that Don would not go to see him because he was afraid of Tyson’s mental state. King let Tyson do anything he wanted.

It was a good read. I really think boxing saved Tyson's life. He had a terrible upbringing and the scars were etched all over him. He will always have his battles, but he is a smart, articulate man and and I wish him a long and fruitful life. Great boxer in his prime, but he could easily have gone mad along the way. You sense he has grown up. Also a Trump supporter and Muslim too. Very interesting man.

Tyson would go missing in his training camps for weeks. A lot of the time it was because of the contractual disputes and he wanted to retire after each defence he had. Tyson was motivated to train and destroy Biggs because he remembered him looking down on him in front of reporters as he made the Olympic team and Tyson was just an observer.

Tyson trained less and partied hard and said he was not in condition to fight Bruno but still won. He was due to fight Ruddock but told Don to cancel the fight because he was not training but thought he could beat Douglas as he was an easier opponent. Tyson does not respect Douglas for giving up his title against Evander and said he was at an autograph signing event and hardly anyone wanted his autograph.

Tyson was genuinely a throwback to the Dempsey and Sullivan eras. A genuine nutcase, which is why people were so frightened of him.

I was shocked the amount of times he was sued for trivial and made up altercations.

Mike found out that his first child was not his when he paid the mum $100,000 before he went to jail and she sued him for millions with that money by hiring a lawyer. There had to be a paternity test.
