Machado, well..... twice is enough I guess. Whether he's successful moving up is anybody's guess. I'd venture to say that Cancio was severely underrated (at least by me).

I thought the Acosta stoppage was horrible. It was way too quick. He was winning the fight and was the champion. Maybe he would have fallen and gotten to clear his head. I think he would have been fine. I think Acosta got robbed.

Cancio now has to prove that he can beat other top fighters. He has to prove that he has improved over his career and beating Machado isn’t just a styles make fights situation

The battle of Soto vs. Costa was great. The referee ruined the results of both fighters. The stop was very fast. I thought that Acosta had won when it stopped. He deserves a rematch soon. That is a good victory for Soto, but I feel he has been lucky. Kancio has always been a tough fighter. He may just have a Machado number. I think Jojo Diaz beat him again in the rematch.
