Do not let success go to your head and do not let failure get to your heart.
Fererer is cruising so far so no real wear and tear. Not even been out for two hours yet so the first week was just a nice tune up. He has a great shot IMO as he was excellent on the clay despite not liking it. This is his surface and it would be nice to see a final old man win. You cannot see him going on all that much longer, but he is still so technically good he is able to avoid tough matches until the top 6 start to push at the end. I just cannot see Nadal being the same at 37.
Hopefully a major or 2 more and that will keep Nadal and Djok at bay. Forever.
Yeah she did. Lots of majors ahead, though. She's only 15.
@Master I am mot known for having so many typing errors but I left my laptop at home and on the phone type with only my thumb which is too big and so I keep coming out with errors. I then try to edit and the phone automatically deletes my post and so I kerp the errors in and then have a moan as I am embarrassed.
BTW, shame about Konta. With a little luck we see Nadal and Djokovic worn down and Fed continuing to cruise. I have nothing against Nadal or Djokovic, but Federer is like the Joe Calzaghe of tennis in that it is pure artistry, an aesthetic delight, and I just want to see him win a few more.
Also great to see Murray back so soon after his surgery. Hopefully he will consider trying out singles again hip permitting. It is strange seeing him with Serena but think they could do well as two big serves makes it almost like two men against a man and a woman.
Kerp...another one! Might as well kerp all these and create a new language.
