Can you even apply for Asylum in a country with which we have an extradition treaty? That would mean that America would have to dismiss the entire British legal system as corrupt and somewhere you can not get a fair trail. This is not the first time he has been had up for contempt of court. Before these linked trials he was given a suspended sentence for filming inside a Canterbury court on a rape case. There were reporters inside who al knew they could not release anything until that restriction was lifted. Tommy was not even in there listening to the trial .
