There are several cases cited and none has resulted in treatment like this. His original charges were dropped despite the 'legal experts' on here and entirely new charges invoked. And lest we forget he was originally arrested for 'breach of the peace'. Again a complete fallacy.

To anyone saying don't do the crime if you cannot do the time, then I challenge you to tell me what he did wrong. It is clearly a political decision. The system has lost face because people are woke and they want to make a statement regardless.

So, let's get this right, they arrest him for breach of the peace, then they immediately put him in prison and he is released because the entire procedure was flawed. He of course did not collapse a trial. The accused were aggressive, abusive and misogynistic rather than anxious. Then they decide to put him away on something completely made up and no jury or anything of the like.
