Yeah my friend. What an EPIC final.

Fun to watch.... but gut-wrenching at the same time. Fed had a couple of championship points, and couldn't cash in. Major props to him for taking Novak to the limit..... but one must think there just aren't many more chances left.

How cool it would've been for him to get to 21 majors. Now Novak puts the squeeze on, and he's got a 5-year edge on Fed.

I honestly didn't think Federer was going to put up that much of a fight.... but to be honest, he was playing BETTER than Novak toward the end. He just lacks that killer instinct to put people away.

I still hope it's not Nadal with the majors edge when the smoke clears and these Top Three are all through. A clay court specialist just doesn't deserve to be in the GOAT conversation...... IMO.

Those 2 serve for the match will eat away at him. It was his and he knows it.

Three tie breaks and he couldn't win any of them. You just knew djokovic was going to win more pressure points.
