That is the feeling I get too. I think it will be a similar war to the Corrales - Castillo 1 but that Hatton will not make a miraculous recovery. Castillo will simply wear him down.

I think Hatton wears Castillo down and stops him late.
If they stick to fighting Castillo in the early part of next year, as they've said, Urango should set him up perfectly for it.
One things for sure, It can't fail to be anything but a barnburner.
3-Time SADDO PREDICTION COMP CHAMPION.
While I disagree on the outcome, I agree that it should be a great fight, Style-wise it looks to be a brutal one.Originally Posted by Fenster

I can pretty much say this fight will not happen in Manchester/ MEN arena as Frank Warren has the boxing rights to the MEN, and the is no other venue apart from Manchester City's ground.Originally Posted by killersheep

to be honest i dont know how people can choose its too close both got good workrate on inside both got granite chins there pretty even in every department except hatton cuts easy i could maybe see stoppage on cuts but then again i can see hatton maybe winning tko too close to call
Castillo will beat Hatton the same way he beat Corrales, just being more aggressive. I am by no means saying this will be a blow out, but I think JLC is gonna be a bit much for Ricky.Originally Posted by Mattyhitman

IMO Hatton has Better body shots, more speed, physically stronger, higher output, but less cautious, worse boxer and maybe less defence to counters, makes it 50-50 IMO.
Remember the good old days, we miss you Marco!
agreed mate thats exactly how i see itOriginally Posted by yoitsdan

I just think his sheer work-rate will be too much for JLC. If Ricky goes back to the day when he actually boxed his opponents, ie Tackie, Phillips etc, then i see it been a hard nights work for Castillo. Ricky, when he enters the ring, is one, if not the most ferocious body attacker in the game today, couple this with his wicked 4/5 head and body combos', stepping to side to get his shots off, bloody hell im afraid just typing this
As i said, i think it will be a tough nights work for both fighters, but i just think Rick will edge it on points if not a late stoppage after a ferocious body attack.

I don't think you have seen much of JLC fighting, I would say this he's stronger and way less cautious than Hatton.Originally Posted by yoitsdan
JLC isn't fast, but loves to be inside, just like Hatton, we're gonna see a war just like Ward-Gatti. Watch his first
fight with Mayweather.
