So you are saying Loma is better than SRL, better than Duran, better than Hearns? Even though he hasn’t fought the best fighter in any division.

I mean, why ever challenge yourself, apparently fighting greats like SRL did gets you moved down.

Personally, I would possibly go for Manos de Piedra.

He is remembered for his exploits in the 1980's, but he was slightly past his prime then and fighting guys bigger than him. He was easily the best fighter on the planet in the 1970's

Then you should have entitled the thread greatest fighter alive today.

I would say Tommy Hearns, he beat Leonard at Super middleweight and was a better p4p fighter. He smashed Duran too.

Hearns is definitely up there, but I didn't name him as I am biased

Hearns.... Hagler.... Leonard.... Duran. All light-years more accomplished than Loma at this point in time.
