Very close fight. I had it 115-113 for Prograis. It was one of the few fights where I think that both fighters had a legitimate argument to win. I would have been happy with a draw and a rematch.

Obviously as others have said, the one card was ridiculously wide. Prograis seemed to dictate the boxing better while Taylor was much flashier and landed the sharper punches

I think so too. I think the nod goes to who the crowd went for since it was so close

Great fight, lived up to the hype. Looked like a 7-5/8-4 Taylor fight but a draw wouldn't have been terrible. Taylor was clearly the superior fighter on the inside with more to his game. Prograis hard as nails and enhanced himself in defeat.

Insanely high level fight we don't get to see this shit often. Glad I didnt have to be a judge for that shit , draw with a rematch would have been just fine by me but let em do it down the road cause that was a grueling fight for both.

Class work by both guys. To work every minute of every round at such a pace is rare, to do so with such accuracy and venom is rarer still. Thought Taylor edged it and deserved the nod, not just because he landed more solid, clean, hurtful shots, but because those were much more obvious and easier for the judges to score.

This is true Taylor did land the more eye catching clean work and I do think prograis left more in the tank by the end and might kick himself for that
