I think when you have been without a home, you understand the ramifications of homelessness and don't want to repeat that. Never repeat the sins of thy parents. However, one can sometimes take that a little too far.
Bitcoin...no issues with it, but would prefer it to be more stable and usable first.

Everyone has their shadow, but when one shows respect to another person you find it comes back at you in spades. Most here are pretty cool people and I apologize for overrating Baltimore. I do like their property prices though. Actual homes with gardens. Quite a novelty to me.

I never recommend anyone one get into bitcoin, so much risk. I got in years back so it doesn’t really bother me, I’m used to the volatility. I have to say it is very fun to watch, it can lose 4K in a matter of hours or gain10k in a few days. It is subject to manipulation by the whales who hold the majority of it.

I understand perfectly why some wouldn’t touch crypto. Can’t critique them at all. I have mine locked up in a wallet, although I’d like to completely get it off the internet on to a paper wallet, I rarely look at the price of it and just plan on leaving it for a period of time baring any big runs. It is very risky, one attack on the blockchain itself and it will be worthless. Still I really like the concept behind it.
I would advise anyone to use cash as much as possible, I know it is an inconvenience, but there is a reason that apple and android pay is being pushed (following on from eftpos cards).
