I heard that the UKAD had breached confidentiality, and Whte had grounds/ threatened to sue. That was the reason an agreement was reached.

Last month the WBC cleared Rey Vargas and Julio Cesar Martinez after they failed VADA testing - siting the same tainted meat excuse they used to clear Canelo, Morales, Nery, Vargas, Salido, etc.
Whyte passed all the WBC "clean boxing" program, Vada, yet before this UKAD incident was resolved they ruled that 2021 is the earliest he'll be reinstated should he prove his innocence.
Regardless of what anyone thinks of Whyte is that fair?
Whyte-vs-Wilder or Fury i'd very much like to see. He is a dangerous challenger (when fit). That's all.

3-Time SADDO PREDICTION COMP CHAMPION.
we all know drug use is more than likely prevalent in the sport. Masking agents exist and the drug creators will always be ahead of the testers. A drug cheat is a drug cheat for me, whether they have been cleared or not. All the other politics are outsidde my control.

WBC reinstates Britain's Whyte as interim heavyweight champion
British heavyweight Dillian Whyte has been reinstated as WBC interim champion and will get a mandatory shot at the title currently held by Deontay Wilder, the WBC said on Wednesday.
The decision comes five days after the UK Anti-Doping agency (UKAD) withdrew a charge against the 31-year-old Whyte for a doping violation and follows a WBC investigation.
"In light of the WBC's own finding and of UKAD's withdrawal of the claim against Mr. Whyte, the WBC has closed its internal investigation," the WBC said in a statement https://wbcboxing.com/en/wbc-status-...n-whyte-update.
The WBC said it found no sufficient or conclusive evidence that Whyte intentionally took a banned substance with the aim of enhancing his performance.
"The WBC is hereby lifting its provisional suspension and confirming its recognition of Mr Whyte as WBC Interim World Heavyweight Champion," the statement added.
Whyte won the title on July 20 by beating Colombian Oscar Rivas but the WBC provisionally suspended recognition of his status as interim champion 10 days later over an irregular urine sample he had provided out-of-competition in June.
UKAD had charged Whyte for a doping violation as his sample before the fight "indicated the presence of two metabolites of a steroid" but on Friday it cleared him of any wrongdoing.
The agency said there was nothing in Whyte's "longitudinal urinary profile" to suggest he used steroids.
Wilder is set for a rematch with mandatory challenger Briton Tyson Fury in February after their last clash ended in a draw.
Whyte will become the mandatory challenger after that fight, with the incumbent WBC champion to face Whyte by February 2021.

Dillian Whyte: It is clear Deontay Wilder does not want to fight me
Dillian Whyte believes Deontay Wilder will do anything to avoid fighting him and fears the American will succeed if he moves up to become a 'franchise' champion with the WBC.
Briton Whyte had his suspension lifted by the WBC on Wednesday after UK Anti-Doping (UKAD) dropped charges against the heavyweight relating to a positive test for a banned substance before his July win over Oscar Rivas.
But with champion Wilder due to fight Tyson Fury in February, a rematch of their December 2018 classic, Whyte (27-1) will not be owed his mandatory title shot until 2021.
And he believes Wilder will continue to dodge what he sees as an overdue world title fight.
"I want to fight Deontay Wilder," interim WBC champion Whyte, who returned to the ring last week with a points victory over Mariusz Wach, said to Sky Sports.
"I've wanted to fight him for a long time, I still want to fight him, but he doesn't want to fight me. It's clear he doesn't want to fight me.
"Now I'm back, he will definitely move up to 'franchise' world champion. I just want to become world champion.
"Wilder will move to 'franchise' champion so I might become world champion soon anyway.
"Guys like Dominic Breazeale have had two [chances]. Eric Molina, two. Joseph Parker. Why are these guys getting title shots before me?
"Even Dereck Chisora might get a second crack at a world title before me, a guy I've beaten twice. Why is this?"
Anthony Joshua holds the WBA, WBO and IBF belts after his points win over Andy Ruiz Jr in Saudi Arabia.
With Kubrat Pulev and Oleksandr Usyk pushing their mandatory claims against Joshua, Whyte plans to continue pursuing Wilder on the WBC front.
"I've spent hundreds of thousands of pounds on the WBC," added Whyte.
"I've been loyal to them by fighting back-to-back top 10 contenders. I've fought more top contenders than their champion!
"I'm ready and waiting for a date for next year so I can start training.
"It's important to get a date locked in, get my career flowing and moving and get me to a world title. I've had enough messing around. I'm asking for a fair crack of the whip - I deserve it."
