He definitely looked flat and one dimensional. Hey, at least he didn't get sucker punched by someone's trainer again . Good on Thompson but they are really blowing the smoke a bit hyping him up.

Not familiar with Uzcategui at all... but I must say I'm not very impressed.

After a pretty good 1st half of the fight, action slowed to a crawl. Thompson dancing around too much, and Uzca totally ineffective in applying pressure. Thompson may have very well given away the last few rounds of the fight, and can only blame himself if he comes up short. Not a good night for Lionell...... getting called "Davis" by Jimmy..... getting a bogus point taken away from him...... and probably gonna find himself with the short end of the stick in this one.

Looks like Thompson won. Uzcategui looked bad. Thompson wasn’t supposed to be much of a test for him. After this loss with the beat down by Plant, I’m not sure that Uzcategui is going to come back to contender status.
