This is a moot point now about Wilder, but Fury is clearly the best HW now.

Is there a good amount of money to be made in Vegas for a Wilder vs Joshua fight?
Joshua camp may view that as lots of money for lesser risk, now that Fury has shown the way.
Wilder may want a fight or two before that happens.
