As for Beanz. Well Spicoli, all I did was respond to his aggression with a reference to him being like Hugh Grant who went on to pull a very good looking Jewish woman in a film. I was mild.

These ring intros are so camp. You would never see Prime Tyson doing any of this throne or Sauron business.

Good for you setting the record straight, Miles. Gotta call a spade a spade, and that spade continues to reappear even after the deck of cards has been tossed in a drawer.

As for Fury-Wilder, I will continue disagreeing with you and say that Wilder has nothing to bring to the table against Fury. Case closed.

Although......... the thought of being on the same side of the argument with "whatshisface" is almost enough to make me reconsider.
I agree the odds are stacked against Wilder and the potential is that it is the final fight of his career. That's the kind of person I am though. If Wilder thinks he can do better then that is his call. He earns less, there is less expectation, but I respect that Don Quixote all or nothing mentality. It shows that at heart Wilder does want to be challenged and for me never say never. If he can start fair, perhaps land big, that's HW boxing. Perhaps not, but at least he tried. That is what the contract was for.

He could go off and fight a few tune ups, but that he wants to go back out there. I just cannot see him fighting any worse.

No issues with that. At least his heart cannot be questioned. His common sense maybe (the costume thing)....... but not his heart. Again, I'd be rooting for him as the clear underdog this time, but my boxing brain tells me he's the bully who has been bullied back. Fury is no longer scared of the big right hand which..... who knows..... may be in Wilder's favor...... but it allows Fury in his mind to be aggressive and force Wilder backward.
