Probably because he is an arrogant prick. Froch had very little left after he beat Groves so he would never have taken Ward in a rematch but it would have been interesting against Triple G.Originally Posted by ykdadamaja

I think there is some validity to what Froch said- size matters. GGG was murderous puncher and very strong, but I didn’t think he was a very big middleweight. When he fought Canelo, they were pretty much the same size and Canelo was a 154 pounder. Froch was big for 168, so I’m not sure GGG’s punches have the same affect on him as they did everyone else at 160.

If the GGG fight had been arranged Froch would have mysteriously had his bike nicked and so missed the signing day.
